Skincare? Just following 5 steps

It is undeniable that physical appearance is the first thing you see when interacting for the first time. Moreover, as the proverb explains, the “face is the reflection of the soul”, what means that depending on the inner emotions our appearance looks one way or another. That is why many people are interested in skincare and follow some kind of ritual to protect it and to be always dazzling, although this takes some time.  How do you get to the point where your skin looks like a painting? There are different blogs, such as Skokka UK, and aesthetic professionals that offer some advice on this subject. Following these steps will not only improve the facial appearance, but also improve the health of the skin and, as a consequence, the well-being of everyone.  The following are some of the best steps that can be taken to achieve the goal of flawless skin every time. These should be done at least once a day, although ideally it should be done twice a day.  The excuse is always lack of time, but that’s okay! This routine, besides being the best skincare routine to use in your 30s, is very quick. What’s more, the results are almost immediate and the improvement is much more than evident.

Washing your face

Cleansing the face is the first step to start with any kind of facial routine. It should be done very gently so that all types of dirt can be removed. Using very agitated or even strong movements can cause the skin to dry out or cause redness.  To cleanse the face, it is ideal to use products that promote the process, such as chemical peel products. Exfoliation helps the pores to be unclogged and the various dead skins to fall off. Likewise, this process helps to smooth the skin and even out the skin tone, widely used by Skokka London. In case it is necessary to clean more deeply, there are different soaps and sponges that can help to remove all those residues.

Applying serum

The next step is to apply any serum or toner, such as those sold by some of the best low cost makeup foundations. When applying it, it is essential to make sure they are well distributed all over the face and to avoid sticking in certain areas.  These products nourish and strengthen the skin to make it more resilient and keep it looking younger; it is one of Skokka Glasgow‘s favorite products. In addition, in case of any inflammation problems, these products will also improve it.

Eye contorne

Eyes have different parts that are quite delicate, such as dark circles under the eyes, eyelashes and eyelids, both upper and lower. It is at these points that the passage of time and any kind of tiredness, illness or sensation is most noticeable.  For this reason, different creams have been created to apply to the eye contour. The main objective of this is to nourish and moisturize these parts. To apply these products, it must be done in a gentle and conscious way, besides the excess of product can affect the vision.

Moisturising cream

The process seems long, doesn’t it? Not at all! This is the penultimate step. There are many types of moisturisers and you should definitely choose the best one for your skin type. This product should be used twice a day, and it is usually different because there are night creams and day creams.  When it comes to applying it, it should be applied with the same care that has characterised all the other steps, and it should also be spread very delicately and evenly. The morning cream can be used more liberally and the night cream should be applied in smaller quantities to prevent the skin from drying out.

Sunscreen

Finally, the last step has arrived. In addition to improving the appearance of the face, it protects the skin from all the ultraviolet lights. As with moisturizers, there are many different brands and types of sun cream to choose from, depending on your preferences and skin type.  This step should be followed especially during the day, even if you are inside a building all day, because the ultraviolet lights pass through the windows. In addition, the electronic devices you use also affect your skin.  In conclusion, if you want to have glowing skin like the Kardashian’s or Jennifer Lopez’s, all these steps are essential. As mentioned at the beginning, all of these will improve the appearance of your face and the health of your skin. In addition, this routine can be the ideal time to take a break from our busy lives and stressful moments. It can be a kind of “stop” between all the chaos and a time to take care of yourself and recharge your batteries.
