Head Chef Alex creates a seven-course menu which showcases the very best seasonal ingredients, cooked cleverly.

An optional wine flight delivers the full dining experience, with six exceptional wines to compliment each dish, kicking-off with an English fizz to enjoy with a range of snacks and the first starter course followed by a journey through varietals from all over the world.
