Asparagus – pheasant Scotch egg / broad beans / peas / shallot

Lamb – loin / belly / black olive / rosti / pearl barley / tomato jus
Peanut – semi-freddo / jam / vanilla cream

An interactive dining experience hosted & served by Head Chef Alex Betts and his team. Enjoy a special menu and mingle with fellow foodies as well as some inspirational food and wine producers at one of our Chef’s Table events.

NEXT EVENT: Thursday 28th June 2018 Chef’s Table in association with Seven Springs Vineyards, SA. Mingle with the producers of Seven Springs’ premium South African wines and enjoy a matched wine with each fantastic dish, which will be cooked, presented and served by our chef team.
